Some an ex-GI’s and his girlfriend hire some sailors and a boat, to photograph an island inhabited by dinosaurs. When one crew member goes insane, the rest of the crew must try to survive. This early colour movie may have silly dinosaurs, but some nice acting, music and script make up for that. This movie is public domain, no copyright is required. It is illegal to claim copyright, on material you do not own. I dispute ALL Content ID Matches and DMCA take downs.

Summary: The quiet Dutch community of Sleepy Hollow lay in the Adirondack mountains on the western shore of the mighty Hudson River in America’s colonial period. The solitude of the woods was breathtaking, and not even a schoolmaster was immune from the eerie miasma which everyone knew permeated the dense forest. Written in 1820, Washington Irving’s The Legend Of Sleepy Hollow has become a classic of American literature, and has been retold in many different ways. Here is the original, from Irving’s own hand. Robin Hood is the first motion picture ever to have a Hollywood premiere, held at Grauman’s Egyptian Theatre on October 18, 1922. The movie’s full title, under which it was copyrighted, is Douglas Fairbanks in Robin Hood, as shown in the illustration at right. It was one of the most expensive films of the 1920s, with a budget estimated at approximately one million dollars. A huge castle set and an entire 12th century village of Nottingham constructed at the Pickford-Fairbanks Studio in Hollywood. Some sets were designed by Lloyd Wright. Director Allan Dwan later recalled that Fairbanks was so overwhelmed by the scale of the sets that he considered canceling production at one point. The story was adapted for the screen by Fairbanks (as "Elton Thomas"), Kenneth Davenport, Edward Knoblock, Allan Dwan and Lotta Woods, and was produced by Fairbanks for his own production company, Douglas Fairbanks Pictures Corporation, and distributed by United Artists, a company owned by Fairbanks, his wife Mary Pickford, Charles Chaplin and DW Griffith. This swashbuckling adventure was based on the legendary tale of the Medieval hero, Robin Hood, and was the first production to present many of the elements of the legend that became familiar to movie audiences in later versions, although an earlier treatment had been filmed a decade before in Fort Lee, New Jersey. The Film is in the Public Domain, And can be downloaded here: www.archive.org Oh, Yeah. And sorry about quality. I know this movie …

The Supreme Court ruled that Congress shall have the power to take works already in the public domain, back out and grant them copyright status again. So if you’re a publisher, an educator, an orchestra conductor that’s relied on certain works to do your job, and have been able to use them freely, Congress can now change that. So what does this decision mean for the future and how far reaching could it be? Christina Gagnier, intellectual property attorney and partner at Gagnier Margossian LLP weighs in.
